Hi there! I’m Anna, a 2D Artist currently based in Glasgow, and an alumna of the MA Character Animation course at Central Saint Martins (UAL). I’ve always loved to draw, and studying animation has taught me so many important things like figure drawing, timing, and visual storytelling. My favourite things to draw these days are people and animal characters, and I work in a vibrant, energetic style using lots of colour and expression.
Recent projects include design work for Central 23 as well as direction, storyboarding, and character animation for independent 2D short films. Past titles include 'Something Different', produced by screenwriters collective Script Sirens; 'Dive and Dig', produced by the Honor Frost Foundation; 'Blood and Bronze', for the Whistledown podcast produced by the BBC.
'We have commissioned Anna to work on two projects for us. Once was a live illustration at an event and the other was to produce a short animation. For both pieces of work Anna was a pleasure to deal with. She is extremely professional, responsive, and highly talented.
